Bloom Bars was formed in the summer of 2019 by two local operators. Opening the first location in Hanley's bustling cultural quarter in the autumn, showcasing extravagant cocktails and delicious food in a stunning floral setting. The spring of 2021 saw the opening of our latest site in Newcastle-under-Lyme's Ironmarket. Bringing a vast array of cocktails as well as scrumptious food in a floral and tropical escape.
